The mighty hand of Jehovah brought down the walls of Jericho.
Fortified cities struck fear in spies (Numbers 13:28, 31). “ … the wall of the city will fall down flat…” (Joshua 6:5) March, march, march! “By faith the walls of Jericho fell down after they had been encircled for seven days.” (Hebrews 11:30)

“Is this not Babylon the great, which i myself have built as royal residence by the might of my power and for the glory of my majesty?” (Daniel 4:30) An area of 200 sq. miles with 17 miles of walls wide enough for chariots to pass on top of them…

God prophesied the complete overthrow and destruction of Babylon (Isaiah 13:17-22). In 539 B.C. King Cyrus of Persia diverted water and invaded and captured the city by going under the walls.

Our unchanging god still removes walls of all kinds.
God’s Peacemaker broke down the dividing wall (Ephesians 2:13-15). The New Covenant Minister took away the Law of commandments (Hebrews 8:6, 13). Walls of alienation and hopelessness are no more (cf. Eph. 2:12).

The wall of ignorance has crumbled for Christ’s mystery can be understood (Ephesians 3:4-6). Jesus reveals the Father (John 14:7; Hebrews 1:3). Men can know what God has given (1 Corinthians 2:7-8, 12).

The walls of social and economic classes are powerless for all abiding in Christ (Galatians 3:26-28). God is not a respecter of persons. Even slaves in Christ are empowered to serve (Ephesians 6:4-9).

Powerful walls of opposition are not insurmountable. Evil powers and principalities exist (Ephesians 6:12). Paul experienced God opening doors and rescuing from enemies. Even in death he would conquer (2 Timothy 4:16-18)
