Flamingo Facts The flamingo’s have red and pink feathers. They also stand up too 6 feet tall. Flamingo’s have thin legs and a s curved neck. They have plumage and webbed feet. Flamingo’s are omnivores and eat little plants and animals. These animals stand on one leg as if it was two. They stand up to six feet tall. Flamingo Life Cycle Flamingoes are born in a egg. Their feathers are grey to start of with but as they get older they start to become pink. Since flamingoes are born in an egg, they are born one at a time. Adults are very protective of their babies. They have all their pink feathers when they are grown up. 5 Flamingo Interactions
Flamingos use their beaks to protect itself or it runs away. It talks to others by squawking or peeping. Pic of animal adaptation that allows it to protect itself Its using its beak to protect it self. This is a picture of a hog. Animals that eat flamingoes are hog and gulls. 6 Interesting Flamingo Facts There is six species of flamingoes
Flamingoes can stand in boiling water. Flamingoes do not turn pink until they are two years old.
