Methodology A group of students worked with Dubuque Fighting Saints’ President Dan Lehv to make a list of questions to distribute to the fans A group of student distributed a list of surveys to a random selection of fans at 6 home games. Contacted Season Ticket holders to create a focus group of participants The Focus group -Friday November 9th, 2012 at 6:30 We collected all the data from the surveys and focus group A group of students analyzed the data and together we came up with conclusions and recommendations for the Fighting Saints

Distribute surveys at the top of the stairs at the entry way Remind fans the survey is double sided

Group was enthusiastic about discussing ways to help the Saints Fans were knowledgeable of sponsorships in the arena Even though it feels like home, fans still noticed who supports the Saints One woman switched banks because of the sponsorships in the arena

Season ticket holder discounts Saints help – Tyler is very accommodating! Fans love the new game times Twitter and Facebook Love hearing all the details about the saints!
