2 FIGURE 1 Intravital fluorescence microscopy of follicular grafts at day 10 after transplantation into the dorsal skinfold chamber of pregnant mare serum gonadotropin–synchronized Syrian golden hamsters. Follicles were either cryopreserved 2 weeks before transplantation (A) or directly grafted after isolation (B). The two groups did not differ markedly in terms of the morphology of the newly developed microvascular networks.
