A number of discussions have taken place at the Change Overview Board regarding industry go/no go criteria for UK Link Programme and go live of the ‘Nexus’ UNC Modifications
Xoserve offered to put a “straw man” together for discussion at November Change Overview Board

3. Objectives Meeting 1 – Nov 2014
Agree high level factors which must be assessed to determine industry readiness for UKLP implementation
For each factor agree whether total completion is essential or whether a partial level of completion is acceptable
Meeting 2 – Dec 2014
Agree the appropriate metric for measuring the completeness of each factor
As relevant, determine the acceptable minimum level of completion 3
