Successfully filling out your Electronic Enrollment Agreement
Key Reminders Making sure that all documents in your Electronic Enrollment Agreement have your electronic signature, date, and initials (were applicable) is essential. Rule of thumb is to double check and perhaps triple check all documents before submitting them to your Medical Career Specialist. No worries though, if there’s a document that’s incomplete, your Medical Career Specialist will notify you. A speedy turnaround is expected in these instances. Please make note of the key documents you’ll find in your Electronic Enrollment Agreement with notations to assist you in completing these documents successfully.
