Hydroelectricity uses water to spin a turbine, which is connected to a generator, to create electricity.
Hydroelectricity usually uses dams, so in order to power Duvall, Carnation, let's use the Tolt Dam.

3. Why hydroelectricity? Pros: Cons: Clean energy source (no pollution)
Doesn't need to rely on other countries to give them fuel to power the dam.
Expensive
Affects fish
Droughts
