LIGHTING The Lights are contained within the side opening wings, separated from the inner chamber by double glazed glass panels and vented via a special ducting system and two rear mounted fans. Lighting intensity is about 100uE from each side at 300mm from the glass giving a total intensity of 200uE (14000Lux). The lighting intensity may be further increased by adding the ‘P6’ option of six additional tubes in the outer door giving a total of 300uE (17000Lux). By entering a special calibration mode the display may be adjusted to register the same value as a certified thermometer, the resulting ‘CAL FACTOR’ will be shown and should be recorded for future reference. The CO2 sensor may be put into an AUTO-CAL mode where the CO2 solenoid is inhibited and the CO2 display ‘Flashes’ until a suitable baseline has been found for the thermal conductivity sensors. When the baseline is stable the display will cease to ‘Flash’ and the solenoid will be alloed to bring the CO2 concentration up to the desired level. The capacitive humidity sensor is factory precalibrated and requires no further adjustment to give a typical accuracy of +- 5% RH. Contherm Scientific Ltd
