Previously, three state agencies provided oversight for various functions with Alternative Fuels. Oklahoma Corporation Commission Department of Central Services Oklahoma Department of Labor Goal of legislation: One Stop Shop Prior to the transfer of responsibility to ODOL, we inspected the pressure vessels (Storage Tanks), OMES issued licenses and Corporation Commission had oversight of the fuel stations. Several areas of overlap, requiring an individual to deal with three separate state agencies with different requirements. Through this initiative, an individual now will only deal with the ODOL for all these services. A One Stop Shop.
