Geron Sands is a sports enthusiast at heart but has also worked in the food and beverage industry for many years. A devout athlete, Geron received a baseball scholarship to American Heritage - a private high school in Florida, where he finished his high school education. While at American Heritage, Geron excelled in the sport of baseball and was awarded a scholarship to Palm Beach Community College.
Geron is now a founding partner and President of I-Elite sports Academy formally Maximum Development Baseball Academy which trains elite athletes to become professional baseball players or high quality college players. The program has already proven to be a success with 10 athletes signing professional baseball contracts since its inception 5 years ago.

Albert is the co-founder and co-owner of International Elite Baseball Academy (I-Elite) in Nassau, Bahamas, an organization to train and mentor young athletes to help them reach their full potential and advance their professional careers in baseball.
