January 2005 Proposal Mergers Proposers are reminded that with 26 proposals “on the table” it is in their best interest to consolidate proposals in an effort to focus the membership voting Proposers are greatly encouraged to review all presentations and merge with those proposals similar to their proposals Proposers are greatly encouraged to seek out proposals that have superior features to their proposal with the intent to merge producing a superior proposal Pat Kinney - Kinney Consulting LLC.

Proposal Presentations
January 2005 Proposal Presentations Proposers will be allowed a limited amount of time to present changes to their proposal and/or additional information The amount of time allocated to presentations is limited by the amount of time available to TG4a less the time needed for downselection The amount of time allocated to each presenter will be determined by the number of proposals Pat Kinney - Kinney Consulting LLC.

January 2005 Proposal Downselection ( a-tg4a-down-selection-voting-procedure) Presenters of each proposal shall be given the opportunity to make a final 5 minute statement to the group advocating their proposals just before the down selection voting starts. At the TG4a leadership’s discretion, an elimination vote may then be taken to remove proposals having little support within the task group. Each voting member shall cast a vote to further consider or not to consider each individual proposal. The task group shall retain for consideration the top six proposals or any proposal that has at least 20% support of the votes cast. Pat Kinney - Kinney Consulting LLC.
