Definition: Graduation Rate: Percentage of full-time, first time, degree/certificate-seeking undergraduate students in a particular year after removing any allowable exclusions (adjusted cohort), who completed their program within 150 percent of normal time to completion. Cohort Count: Count of Full-time, first time, degree/certificate-seeking undergraduate students in a particular year after removing any allowable exclusions (adjusted cohort) Success Count: Count of Full-time, first time, degree/certificate-seeking undergraduate students in a particular year after removing any allowable exclusions (adjusted cohort), who completed their program within 150 percent of normal time to completion.

Based on 3-Year Graduation Rates
Main Assumptions Based on 3-Year Graduation Rates The Graduation Rate would double in 5 years under Guided Pathways Cohort would increase by 1.03 * Mean of the previous 5 years
18
Note: * The cohort includes only first-time/full-time degree/certificate seeking students, which comprises less than 10% of the entire student population at the college in a particular Fall semester
