9. Group Work All Class Switchin’ it up yo.
You will split into TWO groups. That’s people per group!
Your task is to craft a presentation in which you state that one speech is better than the other.
You will write on the board.
For example, you will construct a presentation where your main argument is that Wallace’s speech is better than Stover’s, or vice versa.
The WINNING TEAM gets 1 extra credit point in the portfolio section.

11. What You Should Do: Create a COOL group name. (MANDATORY!)
Elect 1 or 2 leaders of the group.
Elect 1 or 2 people to present.
Elect 1 or 2 people to be scribes.
Delegate the analysis portion (have a few people work on ethos, a few work on logos, a few work on pathos, a few work on assumptions, a few work on relating to fake news).

Explaining the persuasiveness and how your speech is better than the other speech.
Discuss the APPEALS, ASSUMPTIONS, and RELATE TO THE SIGNIFICANT PUBLIC ARGUMENT OF FAKE NEWS.
Write your findings on the board and present them to me and the class.
