Overview The Postal Service has been mandated by Federal agencies to screen electronic data for all export packages against person, entity, and country lists Mailers must electronically transmit item-level and receptacle-level customs declaration information for all items requiring custom forms. An export compliance check is necessary prior to acceptance if international mail shipments into the BMEU
