There are several benefits of PowerPoint and the first one is that it makes it easy to make professional looking presentations. One can easily create and preview a template using various color options. Additionally, its easier to add detailed and informative charts, tables and images. Secondly, it allows for collaboration of work. With the availability of a cloud integration and web apps, this has made it easy for multiple users to collaborate on presentations from different locations. Users can also upload their presentations to the cloud using Microsoft skydrive and access these presentations from anywhere. The benefits of PowerPoint include the ease in creating and previewing templates. With PowerPoint One can easily create and preview a template using various color options. It also makes it easy for users to collaborate on work. With the availability tools such as cloud integration and web apps, multiple users can easily collaborate on presentations from different locations and upload them to one location. Powerpoint also makes it easy to create and design detailed and informative charts as well as tables and images.

Shapes PowerPoint provides a feature of adding shapes to presentations. One can add, insert and then drag to draw a shape. There are many shapes available for use and they include circles, ovals, rectangles and connector shapes. However, PowerPoint has its disadvantages and they include the fact that it requires the availability of computers and other related equipment such as projectors. Additionally, some level of expertise is required to create and design professional looking presentations.
