# of Hours Worked Weekly – electronically collected for the first time ever! Data collection started in November 2017 – almost a full year of data for DDA to analyze for trends and patterns.

Aim Primary Drivers Secondary Drivers Increase the average hours per week worked at least minimum wage for high acuity clients by 50% by 2021, while maintaining the current growth rate of high acuity clients working at least minimum wage Stabilize and/or increase benefit planning resources and capabilities Increase training opportunities for providers, case managers and benefit planners Reduce benefit planner turnover Provide on demand TA Improve provider performance Develop provider focused VBP (should there be county level VBP?)
