A Leadership Team focuses on the improvement of professional practice to achieve improved learning outcomes for students. The professional practices are arranged in categories and sub-categories in Indistar, with a set of indicators in each. The indicators are plain-language, behavioral descriptions of elements of the professional practices. Each indicator is connected with a Wise Ways® brief that provides an explanation, relevant research, and citations of resources.
