19th September – museum Liberty Park, WWII party & induction ceremony

2. Liberty Park in Overloon (South West of Eindhoven) is located in the area where the largest tank battle was fought on Dutch soil in WWII.
The museum has a large collection of military means of transport – of all era’s.

5. When Mr Jackson was getting in the mood,
We took our cue and headed back…

7. Back to Eerde for the WWII style party hosted on the WWII camp next to the windmill

8. Where Petra Wenstedt-Pulles, our chairperson, was in for some BIG surprises!!

9. The 327th Infantry Regiment had selected her to be an Honorary Member of the Regiment

10. By proclamation, the 502nd Infantry Regiment had also designated Petra to be an Honorary Member of the Regiment

11. But that wasn’t all!
