An inward change and working!
John 3:8 ~ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.
Confidence is in the power of the word! Eph. 2:10; 1 Cor. 3:6-9; Acts 20:32

The patience that awaits the maturing of God’s message in the heart of hearers.
A humility that admits its own inability to produce spiritual life. It is not the sower’s function or responsibility.

Though the kingdom of heaven may begin small, yet it will grow to enormous proportions.

Do we “despair” or trust in God and His word to change people one by one?
It may seem that at the moment we can produce only a very small effect; but if that small effect is repeated and repeated it will become very great.
