Qdos points for Sales How many points do I get for a sale?
Each product sale has been allocated a reward rate in Qdos points. This is known as the Base rate points are worth £1. The Base Rate per product may vary per business area/department/site Speak to your Manager to check which rates apply to you.

Qdos bandings What is the banding scheme?
If you are targeted to achieve sales you may be part of the Qdos banding scheme. Your sales performance is assessed each month and depending on how you do you will be assigned a banding. Within each banding there are a range for multipliers which are applied to the base points for sales you make in the month. You could earn up to 2.5 times the base rate. So the better you perform, the more you can earn. You need to ensure your sales are of a high quality as you are only paid for sales that: Are still live two weeks after the date of sale – Care Sales Make it past the Acquisition sent status in Siebel - Energy sales

How Qdos bandings are calculated
First you have a sales conversion rate target for each product. This can vary by site (an example is shown below) Each product has a different weighting which is added together to give the first part of your multiplier So, If you hit all of your product targets you will have 1.7 towards your multiplier If you hit the your target for PDC & HEC you would have 0.70 towards your multiplier

How Qdos bandings are calculated
Next you have a sales per hour target Dependant on how you do this is added to your multiplier Sales Per Hour Targets Banding SalesPrHr Multiplier Low-Participant Participant 0.5 Bronze 0.75 Silver 1 0.2 Gold 1.5 0.4 Platinum 2 0.6 Platinum Elite 2.5 0.8 So if you achieved 1 sale per hour you would have another 0.2 added on to your multiplier Carrying on the examples from the previous page. You achieved 1.7 for your sales conversion, you now add 0.2 for your sales per hour. This gives you a multiplier of 1.9 so far You achieved 0.70 for your sales conversion, you now add 0.2 for your sales per hour. This gives you a multiplier of 0.9 so far

How Qdos bandings are calculated
Finally we look at your QA score. The table below shows the effect QA has on your mutiplier So continuing the examples form the previous page You have a 1.9 multiplier so far You pass your QA so you will end up with a multiplier of 2.1 You achieve RD so your multiplier will remain as 1.9 You fail 1 QA , your multiplier will be reduced to 1.4 multiplier You fail 2 QA, your multiplier will be reduced to a 0.95 multiplier If you fail 3 QA you will have a 0 multiplier You have a 0.9 multiplier so far You pass your QA so you will end up with a multiplier of 1.1 You achieve RD so your multiplier will remain as 0.9 You fail 1 QA , your multiplier will be reduced to 0.7 multiplier You fail 2 QA, your multiplier will be reduced to a 0.45 multiplier Pass RD Fail 1 Fail 2 Fail 3 + 0.2 - 25% - 50% - 100%

Qdos payments When do I get my points?
Sales are credited to your account each week. Once your banding has been loaded on to the system your sales will credit into your account Service product sales Service product sales are paid approximately 14 days after the date of sale if the customer is still active. Service product sales are paid on a Tuesday each week. Energy sales Energy sales are paid when they reach acquisition sent in Siebel. This means it could take approximately 6 weeks to be paid for an energy sale. Energy sales are paid every Thursday. The rate of payment is determined by which base rate applies to your area of the business and the banding multiplier linked to the date of sale. 11
