5 ways to Well being Connect: with family and friends. Spend time with them. Have down time and enjoy the people around you. Make new friends or join clubs. Be active: exercise, walk to school, join a sports club or team, dance or find a new hobby. Keep learning: learn something new like how to cook, a new sport or craft. Challenge yourself Give: be kind ( random act of kindness) Help at home or volunteer and give some of your time to support others Take notice: be mindful, look after yourself by eating healthy and at times STOP! RELAX and make CALM TIME! Time for YOU!
