2. The Cell Cycle
A cell’s life can be explained using the Cell Cycle. This is the period of time from the beginning of one cell division to the beginning of the next.

During G 1 phase of the Cell Cycle, the cell grows & all of the cell parts (except for the DNA) is duplicated.
