1. Bar Chart
The data must already be in Frequency Distribution form (see the presentation if needed).

2. Bar Chart Select cells A1:B9 (your Frequency Distribution)
Click on the Insert tab
Choose Recommended Charts or Insert Column or Bar Chart

3. Bar Chart
Select Clustered Column, the most basic 2-D Column Bar Graph (but note the other possibilities for future reference)
You will get a pretty basic bar graph.

4. Bar Chart
Use Chart Elements to make your graph prettier and give it the appropriate labels.
