September – Mid-December: 15 face-to-face interactions with each NT meeting goal of at least weekly f2f interactions Average time/f2f interactions/NT = 73 minutes —meeting goal of minutes/f2f interaction Total for 1st semester: 49, 315 minutes (821.9 hours) supporting NTs at College CSD Participation in High Leverage tool usage: 100% (45) NTs have engaged in work with their induction coach on the following: Analysis of Student Work Lesson Planning Observation Cycles Co-Assessment Processes
