Step 1 Make a note of your allocated week
arrives Make a note of your allocated week Contact sender only if you are on sabbatical during your allotted week – all other issues are covered on the form (annual/sickness leave, atypical weeks etc.) Finance Directorate

Step 2 Note down all your actual university activity
Allotted week arrives Note down all your actual university activity Cover every day/evening for that week (from Monday morning to Sunday midnight) There are guidance notes located in the form to assist when you start to enter the data Finance Directorate

Step 3 End of allotted week Enter TAS form via hyperlink (note: this can be done at any time up to 4 weeks after your allotted week, closing date is indicated within login credentials) Use login credentials provided at foot of all TAS s (surname, user id & PIN) Finance Directorate

Step 4 End of allotted week (continued) Insert data into appropriate categories in form (use actual no. of hours worked, split data across categories if appropriate) Note section at beginning of form to record absence – use standard 7 hours per day here Finance Directorate

Step 5 Click ‘save’ or ‘save/submit’
Once all data entered into form: Click ‘save’ or ‘save/submit’ Click ‘back’ button to re-enter if saved before finished Relax! That’s it for this year’s return Finance Directorate
