What is Stress? Stress is a normal reaction to certain situations or events in your life.

What Is Stress? There is positive stress called eustress
A. Stress - The body’s response to change There is positive stress called eustress There is negative stress called distress Some stress is necessary. Positive stress can motivate you to do your best. Stress can also make you more alert and improve your concentration.
