In comparing your two texts you will have become aware of how the contexts of the texts have shaped their form and meaning, of more interest perhaps, is a comparison of the values associated with each text. How the place / time period / social (rich or poor, educated or uneducated, social class / clothing / occupation / language of the composers / texts of Taming of the Shrew and 10 things I hate about you have created their text- type (play vs film)– as well as affecting the composers choice of language, dramatic and film techniques to show similar ideas / attitudes / values associated with each text.
