MCR1002 V1.0 was approved in June 2010
Included HBL V1.0 Core Elements (Data Defs, Codes, MM) and ROI Impacts (ROI Message Guides and ROI Impact document)
HBL V2.0 draft Core Elements are now broken out into DR1079 (at HWG today)
MCR1002 V2.0 holds only updated ROI Impacts and is dependent on the recommendation for approval of DR1079 at HWG today
