5. National Health and Social Care Workforce Plan

enhance the skills of GPNs so that they are better equipped to meet the needs of patients with multiple health conditions, making it easier for patients to access the
right person at the right time”.

6. 3 year plan – to include GPN Clinical Career Fellowship:
GPNs with approximately between 2 and 10 years experience:  
Funded post-graduate Diploma in Advanced Practice, over 2 years, commencing September 2019
