10-1 Solid Geometry Objectives:
Use nets to form 3 dimensional figures and to find the surface area of the figure.

Tools needed 1. Net of different figure. 2. scissors 3. rulers
4. glue stick

Method Cut the net out. Fold in all the extra sections.
Trace the net into your notebook as classwork. Fill in all the line segments using a ruler. Measure all the side lengths and its heights. Find the area of each rectangle/ triangle/circle. Add them up to find the Total Area / Surface Area Fold along all the line segments. Apply glue and paste to form three dimensional figures.
