2. Zambia's Luangwa valley forms part of Africa's Great Rift Valley system and the South Luangwa National Park is widely acknowledged as one Africa's premier wildlife areas. There is very little land along the Luangwa River that is owned by the private sector and this is arguably one of the best sites adjoining the South Luangwa National Park. Perched on the river bank, the views of the Luangwa River and the National Park are truly sublime and the wildlife experience in this region is exceptional.

75 Hectares of land with a 16 bed newly developed camp. Six chalets build out of brick, wood and reeds and with a thatched roof. 4 x one bedroom and 2 x two bedroom units. Each chalet has a covered entrance area, main double bedroom and a bathroom. The bathroom is partly open to the sky so you can enjoy the stars while brushing your teeth or taking a shower

6. The central bar, lounge and dining areas are housed under a large thatch building built around a large sausage tree. Separate kitchen. Basic managers accommodation. A marine container serves as an all weather storage room An existing borehole for water supply.
