Tom Watts is CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Watts Capital, an investment management firm serving institutional, family office and high net worth investors. The Firm’s proprietary investment strategies include:
SCGC Watts Acquisition Fund. A $1 billion private equity fund focused on acquisition opportunities in the TMT, Cleantech and healthcare sectors.
Watts KA Tactical Strategies. Two quantitative tactical strategies, one focused on income, one focused growth, implemented through separately managed accounts.
Prior to founding Watts Capital, Tom held investment banking and securities analyst positions with major Wall Street firms including Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns and Cowen and Company. Tom was elected repeatedly to the Institutional Investor All Star Team, and was named one of the top stock pickers across all sectors by the Wall Street Journal. Tom began his career with management consulting firm McKinsey & Company.
Tom earned his B.A. degree from Stanford University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
