2. New EU Data Privacy law is still coming
A new general privacy law that applies to personal information collected in or from the EU, or that is related to goods or services offered in the EU, or that involves the monitoring of individuals in the EU.
The effective date is May 25, 2018

Any department/office/system/function that collects, uses, or stores information in or from the EU or relating to individuals in the EU needs to get in touch with Marc!

1,233 Faculty and 3,160 staff
We received 699 total responses
123 faculty and 576 staff
This represents an overall response rate of 16%, a faculty response rate of 10%, and a staff response rate of 18%.
