Number of Customers One Wholesale Distribution Substation Service Customer Full Time Equivalent (FTE) employees available to assist - Substation Scada, Controls and Communication - 4 Relay Technicities - 2 Substation Technicians - 8 Transmission Line Crews are Contractors Equipment available to assist Three Buckets Two Mobile Subs Various Tractors and Trailers Crew make up for restoration work (2 man, 3 man, etc.) N/A - No Distribution Crews Restrictions on the type of work that can be performed Substation Only Information about lineman training program N/A – No Distribution Crews Mutual aid experience – receiving and/or sending Sharyland normally has released contract crews for others restoration efforts Has worked with neighboring utilities
