5. Macro
Is a series of commands and instructions which are grouped together as a single command to accomplish a task automatically
Can be recorded by clicking the Macros icon in the Macros group on the View tab and choosing Record Macro

6. Macros
Can be recorded to be run by the click of a button or by pressing a keyboard shortcut
Can also be run by clicking on View Macros and then on the Macro name and clicking Run in the Macros dialog box

10. Quick Parts
Are objects such as document properties or fields users can insert from a gallery

11. Quick Parts Include: AutoText Document Property Field
word or phrase saved in the AutoText gallery which can be quickly entered

placeholder used to add information which changes such as the date, page number or results of an equation

15. Building Blocks
Are pre-designed blocks of text and formatting which can easily be inserted into documents
Include items such as:
preformatted Headers, Footers, page numbers, text boxes, cover pages, watermarks, Quick Tables, Tables of Contents, bibliographies and equations

16. Building Blocks
Can be found in many of the galleries in Word or can also be found in the Building Blocks Organizer
this can be opened by clicking Quick Parts in the Text group of the Insert tab and choosing Building Blocks Organizer

17. Building Blocks Organizer
Contains all of the Building Blocks
Allows users to add the Building Block by selecting the Building Block and clicking Insert
Allows users to delete a Building Block by selecting it and clicking Delete
