4-27 to 5-11: Plan content and set up inservice schedule for Science of Safety Education and Staff Safety Assessment
5-11 to 5-25: Conduct in-services and administer Staff Safety Assessment questionnaire
5-25 to 6-3: Collate results of Staff Safety Assessment questionnaire

Continue planning for HSOPS survey – goal is to reach 60% response rate.
Attend ONE HSOPS Database Training Webinar (May 16, 19, 23, or 26). No need to register, just join the meeting.
Last Content Call will be May 25th – Implementation in a Community Hospital
June 1, 2011 – Data Collection for CAUTI rates and prevalence begins!!
