2 WHAT & WHY Today we are looking studying: how is language expressive of a culture? We will do this by studying sensory language. Why: Because sensory language is all around us and used to create images in our minds and these images influence us.

Activity: Using Sensory Language Some of the most famous photographs that changed the world are about to follow. Your task is to use sensory language to describe what is taking place. You must do the following: --highlight all the sensory words -- 3 sentences each.
