2 APEX School Based Services
3 full-time therapists Currently serving 6 schools: Marietta High School, Marietta Middle School, Marietta Sixth Grade Academy, Dunleith Elementary School, Clarkdale Elementary School and Tapp Middle School Some of the services provided within the school setting include assessment, diagnostic evaluation, individual, family and group therapy and case management/community support. This partnership provides families with streamlined access to mental health services. Therapists are able to address the students’ mental health needs during the school day and provide consistent care, including crisis intervention if needed.

3 Bright Changes Clubhouse
Our Bright Changes Mental Health Clubhouse is a community-based program, addressing the social and emotional needs of school aged children and youth. Our goal is to support and encourage youth to explore new and exciting opportunities, by promoting an array of experiences and providing a safe environment during the after school hours and summer.  Club Members receive case management, therapy, skills groups, academic support and exposure to different careers and hobbies through field trips and speakers. Serves children and youth ages 9-21

5 TEAM Clubhouse The S.A. Clubhouse is an exciting place for youth to learn early recovery skills, alternative decision making and coping skills in an effort to prevent the continued use of psychoactive substances. Serves youth ages 13-17 Must have a primary substance abuse diagnosis at a mild or moderate level May have mild co-occurring mental health disorders - those with more severe mental health disorders can be referred to services better suited for the needs of the adolescent

7 The Hartmann Center The Hartmann Center is a therapeutic, structured, residential treatment program for adolescents, ranging in age from 13 to 17 years old, with substance abuse issues and/or co-occurring mental health disorders. Hartmann provides 24 hour supervised, planned living, and recovery services in a therapeutic environment. Therapeutic Services include Substance Use Recovery Groups, Trauma Informed Care, Individual/Family Counseling, Multi Family Education, Life Skills Group, Gender Specific Groups, Sober Activities and Social Outings, Medical/Psychiatric Referrals, Drug Screening and Accredited Education Curriculum The center accepts teens from all counties in Georgia. Co-ed; 15 male beds and 15 female beds

9 Cobb Outpatient Services
Cobb Outpatient Services has a multidisciplinary team of experienced and caring professionals who provide services to adults, children and adolescents. Our team includes psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, care coordinators, and a phlebotomist. Cobb Outpatient also includes patient assistance, medical records, an on-site pharmacy and various support staff to assist our customers. 13 Behavioral Health Crisis Center
While the mission of the CDCSB is to provide recovery services to individuals in their communities, The Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC) exists to extend those supports to individuals who are in need of a temporary monitored residential stay to assist them, providing the opportunity for psychiatric and behavioral stabilization and detoxification. Operates 24 hours a day, 7 days per week Emergency Receiving Facility Voluntary and Involuntary Admissions Twenty-three hour observation
