FIGURE 2 Treatment protocol for comparison of r-FSH/placebo and r-FSH/r-hLH. Patients received treatment with GnRH agonists (Buserelin) from the second day of menstruation for 4 days. Treatment with r-FSH, 150 IU/day, was started on day 14 in pituitary down-regulated patients. The dose was increased according to patient responses.
