£ government grant has funded a new Rogue Landlord Taskforce Team
Tasked to track down ‘rogue’ landlords and take appropriate action using new powers
Joint work with Police, HMRC, Border Agency, fire and rescue etc.. 
& 
Yellow jacket days – visible presence in the community

5. Houses of Multiple Occupation
New rules for licensing of HMO’s – October 18
48 new licensing conditions for Telford & Wrekin HMO’s
Consequences for not adhering to standards and not licensing.
Recent prosecution for unlicensed HMO

6. 40 officers with powers to tackle Anti social behaviour
15% reduction in Environmental crime last 12 months
F.P.N’s for fly tips increased to 202 plus prosecutions
Facebook and Twitter great for spreading the message…
5 of the top 10 streets for fly tipping all had a reduction
4 streets in Woodside are no longer in the top 10
