The different way of representing the response of IGF-1 might condition data interpretation. Only obese early postmenopausal women showed a significant IGF-1 Δ (A). DHEA administration influenced IGF-1 response to GH-RH increasing IGF-1 plasma levels more than the entity of the response, because the IGF-1 response minimally changed (A–B).
