8 Specimen Types Define appropriate Specimen Types
Setup  Labs  Specimen Types From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

9 Lab Elements Define appropriate Lab Elements
Setup  Labs  Lab Elements From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

10 Lab Elements Name Element Define UOM from Units drop down
Define Specimen Type from labeled drop down Define Element Category from labeled drop down Define Element Data Type from labeled drop down Save when finished From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

11 Lab Categories Define appropriate Lab Categories
Setup  Labs  Lab Categories From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

12 Lab Sub Categories Define appropriate Lab Sub Categories
Setup  Labs  Lab Sub Categories From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

13 Lab Sub Categories Click on the Category folder in which you’d like to add a Sub Category Click New in bottom right hand corner Lab Category will automatically populate; name Lab Sub Category Save when finished From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

14 Lab Tests Define appropriate Lab Tests Setup  Labs  Lab Tests
From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

15 Lab Tests Name the Lab Test Define Short Name
Define Lab Type from labeled drop down Define Lab Category and Sub Category from labeled drop downs Define Sex in which Lab Test applies from Sex Category drop down Define Specimen Type from labeled drop down From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

16 Lab Tests Highlight Lab Element on the list on the left
Click blue + to add Element to Lab Test Repeat until all necessary components are added Save when finished From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

17 Lab Tests Finished Lab Test will look something like this:
From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

18 Lab Panels Define appropriate Lab Panels Setup  Labs  Lab Panels
From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

19 Lab Panels Name Lab Panel
Choose Sex of patients Lab Panel applies to from labeled drop down Choose Lab Type from labeled drop down From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

20 Lab Panels Once Lab Type is selected, open appropriate Category folder(s) Open appropriate Sub Category folder(s) Check off all Lab Tests that you wish to appear in this Lab Panel Save when finished From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

21 Lab Mapping Lab Mapping is defined by unique codes provided by the selected Lab Facility in a compendium to allow eIVF to communicate with the facility when resulting Please be careful not to enter different versions of the same lab test to avoid confusion within the system. Labs are defined to communicate with several aspects of eIVF; creating different versions of the same test could result in the loss of a link between the result and the Flowsheet, Compliance etc. Example: P4  Progesterone E2  Estradiol From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

22 Lab Mapping Define appropriate Lab Tests Setup  Labs  Lab Tests
From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

23 Lab Mapping When ready to begin Mapping, click the Lab Mapping button in the bottom right hand corner From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

24 Lab Mapping Choose the Facility you are mapping for in the Lab Facility drop down From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

25 Lab Mapping Find the Lab Test you wish to map on the list
Enter Ext. Lab ID for each element of the lab Enter individual Ext. Element ID for each element of the lab From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To

26 Lab Mapping When finished, click Save in bottom right hand corner to save changes To begin mapping for a different Facility, choose the Facility in the Lab Facility drop down and repeat the process Be sure to save changes each time before continuing on to map for a different facility From the onset, our vision has been We have always envisioned to build a “community,” a “network” or a consortium of completely independent fertility practices. Those that have a common goal and a common vision To
