2. What is a rain forest?
A Rain Forest is a hot, moist, tropical, and a humid place with lots of animals and plants.

3. Location of Rain Forests,
Rain Forests are located in Central America, South America, Asia, and around the parts of Australia. All rain forests are around the Equator.

4. Emergent Layer
The Emergent layer is the highest layer in the rain forest. Butterflies, the harpy eagle, parrots, and the monkeys live in the Emergent layer.

Lots of animals live in the Understory layer.The snakes, spiders, butterflies, and frogs live in the Understory layer.

7. Canopy Layer
The Canopy layer is the second largest layer of the rain forest.Parrots, monkeys, snakes, frogs, lizards, butterflies, and jaguars live in the Canopy layer.

8. Forest Floor
The Forest floor is the lowest layer in the Rain Forest. Jaguars, dragon flies, taper, snakes, and the anteaters live in the Forest Floor

Many people chop down the trees for lots of reasons.They chop down the trees for paper, houses, highways, fuel, and buildings.

10. People of the Rain Forest
Some people live in the Amazon and Madagascar Rain Forest. People in the rain forest use their resources to survive.
