3. One rule....
If you are neither learning or contributing then you are needed elsewhere! Move to another group, take a break or stretch your legs.

4. Let go of expectations
Amazing things can happen when creative minds come together. If someone asks you what they should be doing turn it around and ask what they want to do.

5. Any discussion point is relavent
Whatever participants care about are posted on an agenda wall, creating a discussion marketplace.

6. Self organised agendas
People announce their topics and convene their discussions.
They take responsibility for time and place where it will happen.

7. Two insects
Be a butterfly who wanders off for a rest or quiet reflection.
Or a bumblebee who cross polinates ideas between groups. Often a question from someone new can bring a group to a new discovery.

8. Help with language
Translation could be organised within groups or by interpreters. Discussion groups can happen in any language.

9. Write up discussions/points
Notes are taken and transcribed by the participants, ideally at the time on to computers.

10. Browse other groups
These are posted up as breaking news for all to see

11. Prioritising actions
Red sticky dots showed favourite actions. The red hand was for the most red dots. Items that could be immediately acted upon were indicated by participants’ placement of green sticky dots.

12. Reconvene
To draw out patterns and plan steps for action.

13. Closing
A time for closing refelctions, comments, ceremonies or personal commitments to action.

14. Leaving with contacts
For ongoing networking etc.
