1. Page Counter Printing
Instructions for printing the monthly counter readings from your Ricoh device.
Click your mouse or press your “Down Arrow” key (if saved on your computer) or “Right Arrow” key (if viewing online) to advance.

Press the “User Tools/Counter” button to the left of the touch screen.
Press the “Counter” button that now appears on the touch screen.
Press the “Print Counter List” button at the bottom right of the touch screen. 2 3

3. The screen will now ask you to “Press [Start] to print counter list.”
The [Start] button is the big green one you use to begin making copies, scans, or faxes.
After you press the [Start] button, a page similar to this one will print out.
Fax a copy of this page to ext so we can accurately report on the copies we have made.
