The dendrogram based on the unweighted pair group method with arithmetic mean and Dice coefficient shows the level of genetic relatedness among the isolates of subserotype 1c and other subserotypes. Three clusters are obtained according to 80% similarity. The species, serotypes, regions and ST of the strains are shown.
