To present to a health care provider in a timely fashion, a woman requires correct knowledge surrounding normal fetal movement (right knowledge) an understanding of fetal movement surveillance (right surveillance), and know how to respond to decreased fetal movement (right action).These three components create a “safe baby chain”.18.5% of respondents had all three components.
