2 The 21st CCLC Grant Part of the “No Child Left Behind” incentive
$125,000 per year for 3 years Must be sustainable when grant expires Budget guidelines set by the federal and state entities Strict standards for operation of the center For HOME-COMMUNITY-SCHOOL

3 The Three Targets Our logo shows the circles for HOME, COMMUNITY and SCHOOL in a linear arrangement.

6 The Three Targets What this grant will provide, however, interlocks Home, Community and School so that each affects the other, and each is affected by the other in some way. The graphic representation would be an overlapping arrangement.

8 The Three Targets In this arrangement, we get a 6-sided arrangement, which can represent our six major goals.

10 The Six Goals In order to be effective in each area, the learning center will strive to reach six goals. Our success will be judged by national standards from the PTA, the NAESP and the 21st CCLC program.
