Self assessment
Local Minds prepare self assessment and supporting evidence. This is submitted via OpenHub on the date advised.
Desk top review
The review team read and assess the self assessment and supporting evidence.
Visit
The review team undertake a visit to the local Mind.
Notification
Local Minds are notified that they will be reviewed in the forthcoming year.
Report
The review team produce a report identifying which standards are met and where further work is needed.
Certification
When all standards are met MQM is renewed and local Mind receives a framed certificate.
