The Dealer Locator on Bryant.com builds your online presence, creating valuable leads for your business. Here, consumers are able to locate and differentiate dealers based on location and certifications.

Find A Dealer
On the homepage, the ZIP/postal code of the consumer’s ISP (internet service provider) displays in the “Find A Dealer” search box. The consumer can click the arrow to the right of the zip/postal code to initiate the search, or they can change the zip/postal to one of their choosing before initiating the search.
At the bottom of the homepage, the first three dealers who would appear in the Dealer Locator results upon a search of the zip/postal entered, are displayed. By default, the zip/postal used is that of the consumer’s ISP (internet service provider). If the consumer returns to the homepage after performing a search in the Dealer Locator, the dealers displayed at the bottom will be based on the last zip/postal search the consumer’s performed.

The Locator Link is for those dealers that already have a presence on the Internet and would like their company’s website linked from the Dealer Locator (provided the dealer website follows all the guidelines of the Bryant brand and each dealer must have their distributor's approval to be linked). For $60/year, the link between the Dealer Locator and the dealer’s website will be connected and audited. To link a dealer’s site from Locator, submit a Locator Link website audit request from Sequoia via HVACpartners at Marketing Tools ::: Online Presence ::: Dealer Locator (Note: All dealers with websites from Sequoia Technologies will have their linked audited and automatically included on Locator.
Online Scheduling
All BFAD* dealers have the “Schedule Now” button visible. Consumer leads from the dealer locator are delivered direct to anyone the dealer assigns. Company Details
Locator Icons
Dealers can have various icons displayed with their listing. These icons are visible when dealers become active in programs or have the appropriate Product Offerings selected in their Company Details in HVACpartners.
Company Details
The Dealer’s City/State and distance from the center of the ZIP entered are displayed. By clicking on dealer’s name, more details related to the dealer are displayed. This information is populated from the information provided on the Company Details page on HVACpartners.

By clicking on dealer’s name on their listing, more details related to the dealer are displayed. This information is populated from the information provided on the Company Details page on HVACpartners. The Hours of Operation and the number of years in business (5, 10, 20, 30, 40, more than 50 years) are also displayed. The years will be calculated using the year entered on the Company Details page in HVACpartners in the “First Year in HVAC industry” field. Instead of the standard Company Details, a dealer can chose to have their Dealer Bio displayed. A dealer supplied photo and customized details can be submitted via HVACpartners at Marketing Tools ::: Online Presence ::: Dealer Locator (“Bryant Dealer Locator Enhanced Bios” section).

Call Tracking Number

Filtering
Consumers have the ability to filter the list using the drop down list at the top. The original results are presented and selecting a new filter will display only the dealers matching the filter selected.
Call Tracking Number
The dealer’s phone number from HVACpartners is replaced with a local or toll-free “Call Tracking” number which allows tracking of calls to their business. Employees of Dealer Locator dealers, who have the Owner/Principal role assigned, can turn on the call recording feature via the Call Tracking dashboard available via
Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and Reviews submitted by a consumer following the Product Registration process on the consumer site will be displayed. Clicking “More” will show the star rating details. Clicking on “[#] Reviews” will show the review details.

Functionality (Business Rules)
To appear on the Locator, a dealer must be made Active in the Bryant Dealer Locator in HVACpartners.
The Bryant Locator works off a proximity search. When a consumer enters a ZIP/postal code, the Dealer Locator displays all dealers within a 25 miles radius,

Within groups, dealers are listed in proximity order.
After an initial search the consumer may change the radius of the results. All other rules will apply but the search radius will be adjusted.
The consumer has the option to filter the results based on programs or product offerings.
Icons appear if the dealer:
Is currently enrolled in the respective program and the program is currently being offered by the factory
Has the correct options selected in their Company Details page in HVACpartners
Changes in company name, address, program enrollment, etc. appear immediately on Locator.
All dealers MUST have a Call Tracking number to appear on the Dealer Locator.

The Call Tracking phone number is displayed on the Locator instead of the phone number entered on the Company Details record in HVACpartners.
Call Tracking activity can be viewed by dealers and distributors on HVACpartners at
When a dealer is made active on Dealer Locator in HVACpartners, it will take 24 to 48 hours for them to be assigned their Call Tracking number. Once it is assigned, they will begin appearing on the consumer Dealer Locator.

The marketing message “A Local Heating and Cooling Specialist is Available” can be displayed for a dealer in place of the dealer’s address. The dealer’s Call Tracking phone number will still appear.
If the Marketing Message is selected, a map link to the dealer’s address will not appear.`
The consumer can also choose to have the dealer’s information sent to them via .
